Westminster City Hall refurbishment project creates £60 million tender opportunity!

Westminster City Council has set out plans to refurbish its Victoria Street headquarters building in London.

The high-rise Westminster City Hall refurbishment project is estimated to be worth around £50-£60 million. Westminster City Council are looking for a building contractor to be selected and appointed for works by October this year.

Project and programme management consultancy, Faithful & Gould, have already been appointed.

The City Hall building, as well as its base mechanical and electrical systems, date back to the 1960’s. The building refurbishment will include new lifts, full replacement of building services, new roof and windows with an extension to the 19th floor.
