Berkeley Group-owned developer St George has underlined their commitment to build upmarket housing in the capital. The developer looks to continue investment in Ealing, following the success of the Dickins Yard development.

The scheme details a leisure quarter set to regenerate Ealing town centre by providing 75,000sqft of retail space, including a multi-screen Picturehouse cinema and 161 high quality homes.

Ealing Filmworks, facilitated by Land Securities, has been granted planning consent and works will look to begin after suitable supply chains have been formulated. This could present an exciting opportunity for organisations looking to play a part in this important redevelopment.
