Rebekah Gomez


Rebekah Gomez together with Sarah Green is one of Win That Bid’s co-founders.

A skilled writer and negotiator in her early corporate lawyer years she went on to establish and lead the customer fairness and compliance arm of Post Office Financial Services.

Later Rebekah launched the consultancy Coach London whose sole purpose is to grow and develop businesses by winning more contracts and optimising cost savings. As requests for tender support services increased Rebekah joined forces with Sarah and Win That Bid was born.

Sarah Green

Sarah Green heads up Win That Bid’s business development strategy. Sarah comes with 15 years’ B2B experience,six of them spent at the helm of her own ventures.

She is known for her ability to see the wood through the trees and has successfully delivered dynamic, relevant and timely solutions for business development and project management challenges. She has extensive experience in the new media, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, construction and service sectors.

Since 2000, she has worked with companies to deliver their business development strategies and successfully hook public and private sector contracts.

Graham Ablett

Graham Ablett

Graham Ablett is Win That Bid’s Proposal Expert and holds the highest level of accreditation in the proposal industry, ‘APMP Professional’. With 15 years of bid and proposal management experience, Graham has worked across a host of different market sectors.

His broad range of skills enable him to provide a range of services: from interim head of a proposal centre, to managing individual ‘must win’ proposals; from training large groups of people, to coaching small teams; from assessing proposal output quality, to benchmarking organisations’ proposal operations and implementing improvements. Graham’s passion is helping his clients to win business through the creation of compelling proposals.

Natalie Hewitt

Natalie Hewitt is  a  Proposal  Development  Specialist  with  vast  experience  at managing  proposals  of  all  sizes working with multiple  contributors, across  multiple  countries.  A  proactive  team  player,  she  is  able  to  engage, influence  and  collaborate  with  management,  sales  and  bid teams  to  produce  outstanding  results  even  in  the most demanding situations.  Natalie  is  adept  at  managing  the  full  document  production  cycle,  co‐ordinating activities between  subject  matter  experts,  writers,  graphic  designers,  production  teams  and  external print suppliers.  She  can  motivate  and  mentor  team  contributors  to  work  to  a productive schedule.

Steve Thomson

Steve Thomson is a presentations expert.  Meeting the buyer is without a doubt the most important part of your entire bidding journey. Our training goes far beyond anything you may have encountered before;  teaching you how to prepare and deliver your pitch, to understand the buyer’s mindset and give them the information they need to choose you. You will learn tools, tricks and tips you need to maximise your impact.

For the last 16 years Steve has worked with an impressive array of clients including Heineken, UK, Swarovski, Villeroy & Boch, British Red Cross, Tearfund, Ipsos MORI, BAT and Capita Resourcing.

Peter Parr

Peter Parr is a compliance expert.  He initially followed a career in Architecture and quickly became known as one of the foremost authorities in the use of AutoCAD. Later, Peter undertook the complete redesign of a major bluechip company’s quality processes and procedures and then to transition the company to ISO9001. The whole project took two years to implement and was one of major cultural change. Subsequently, Peter then took control of all compliance for LMG that included Quality Assurance, Health & Safety IT Security and Environmental requirements together with tender bid and document management. Peter is one of the UK’s leading compliance experts.
